"Technology trends come and go, but visions and values remain constant"?
It is according to this philosophy that SCSI was built, with the vision of creating a wholly owned Namibian company that would become a one stop IT services and solutions provider.
Whilst it has always been our goal to provide employment and transfer skills to Namibian people, SCSI was restructured in March 2007, to allow for the addition of several staff members as shareholders of the closed corporation. This strategy was in line with our vision, to uplift all our employees to reach their full potential.
Therefore, Southern Cross Systems Integrators cc, which had been operating since 1997, officially changed its trading name to SCSI cc from 01 March 2007, with the full membership of the company listed as follows:
Marianne Labuschagne
Joyce Schoeman
Martiens Boshoff
Isai Ngutjinazo
